These Terms govern your use of AuditOwl, provided by AdaptifyAI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (AdaptifyAI sp. z o.o.), with its registered office at ul. Franciszka Żwirki i Stanisława Wigury 6C, 38-400 Krosno, Poland (Tax ID (NIP): 6842685622 · REGON: 543319899). By creating an account you agree to them.
AuditOwl provides audit, analysis and reporting tools for agencies. We may update or improve features over time.
Business use only. AuditOwl — including one-time audit reports purchased without an account — is offered exclusively to businesses: companies, sole traders and other entities acting in the course of their trade or profession. It is not offered to consumers. By creating an account or purchasing a report you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business, and consumer-protection rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content) do not apply.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use any data you upload.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to process data unlawfully.
Where paid plans apply, fees, billing cycle and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Payments and invoicing are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Invoices are available through the customer portal.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. For client data you process through AuditOwl, you act as the controller and we as your processor. The Data Processing Agreement forms an integral part of these Terms — by accepting these Terms at registration you also conclude that DPA with us — together with the list of sub-processors it authorises.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using AuditOwl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of AdaptifyAI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (AdaptifyAI sp. z o.o.), unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
